    With use of ICS’ proprietary data and tools, ICS helps companies understand how to evaluate and mitigate shareholders’ perceptions of governance risk.  The role will provide consultative and advisory services centered on executive compensation and corporate governance to senior executives at the world’s largest companies, especially U.S. companies and will involve working on client-facing projects in tandem with ICS personnel in both the U.S. and other markets. The ICS Advisor is expected to:


    • Assist ICS advisors on equity plan requests, say-on-pay proposals, director independence issues, shareholder proposals, and other matters that may require shareholder approval
    • Analyze client data and proposals to identify sources of concern to shareholders in executive compensation and corporate governance proposals
    • Apply programming skills, including SQL and/or Advanced Excel, to perform data research and produce analytical reports
    • Produce client-ready deliverables as requested by clients and ICS colleagues
    • Support ICS sales team members to identify prospective clients, along with their corporate governance needs


    • Bachelor's degree, with Business or Finance focus preferred
    • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience

    • Demonstrated project management skills – defining of scope, resources and time lines, and managing to deliverables

    Successful candidates will have a business or financial background, strong technology skills and exhibit a passion for the governance business. They also complete detail-oriented work quickly, develop strong working relationships with peers locally and globally, and leverage technology to solve problems.
