  • Overview

    Seeking a motivated experience Billing Analyst to be part of the Global Billing Team to process invoices timely and accurately.  The candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the company (i.e., Revenue, Sales, Sales Operation, Collections, and Cash Application) on a daily basis and must maintain a great working relationship.  This role has a specific shift requirement – candidate must be able to work mid-shift (EU time-zone) or night-shift (U.S time-zone).

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure invoices are created and prepared correctly according to executed contracts.
    • Verify information entered into the CRM system agrees with the contract terms.
    • Review contracts for revenue recognition criteria and work with revenue analyst to ensure revenue is being properly recorded.
    • Resolve unbilled issues with the Sales team for items that have been purchased. These may include terms of service that have multiple amortization periods or product pricing issues that are not set up properly in the CRM system.
    • Work with Sales team to resolve all billing, tax, or other client related issues that arise.
    • Other general responsibilities and special projects as required.

    Qualifications

    • Finance background, preferably with prior experience in a similar role.
    • Fluency in English is essential.
    • Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working. A roll up your sleeves attitude
    • Contract/revenue accounting experience is a plus.
    • System knowledge in Epicor and Salesforce preferred.
    • Ability to read and understand contract terms and requirements
    • Excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident. Must interact with Sales team to resolve issues.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
