    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the recruitment operations and intiatives in Manila and other coutries in APAC Region
    • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure quality and value-add of the function, as well as build rapport for systems and policies, vendor agreements, and best practices in candidate selection
    • Establishment and usage of direct sourcing tools (job boards, cv databases, access to social and business networking tools) to build a talent pool and source candidates in a cost effective manner
    • Build diligence in hiring competence of hiring managers and HR
    • Understand compensation structures and appropriately negotiate offers with candidates
    • Plan and set up and run career events / targeted advertising campaigns

     

    Qualifications

    Desired Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree Holder
    • Hands-on recruitment experience in Banking, Financial Services or IT is ideal. At least 3-5 years or more experience in recruitment,  whether from in-house or agency
    • Strong client servicing skills - a "can do, will do" attitude
    • Robust relationship building skills
    • Solid experience in managing and handling volume recruitment
    • Ability to manage and handle recruitment agencies well
    • Ability to research, source and screen for candidates
    • A driven, self-motivated and positive attitude with great listening skills
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Passionate about delivering a high quality recruitment service
    • Can start immediately

     

    This is a temporary role good for 5 months to support the seasonal hiring.
