    As a result of a growing need to source active and passive candidates for open positions across the company, ISS is hiring an energetic Recruiter to help ISS grow our talent pool.


    We seek to hire a Recruiter who will provide recruitment support across for the EMEA region (7 different countries). This role will source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources to build pipelines for current and future positions. This individual will support recruiting functions including interview screening, onboarding and other HR related projects. The Recruiter role is a great way to break into an organization like ISS and gain valuable recruiting experience while contributing to the growth of our organization.


    This is a fixed-term position for a period of 8 months starting from mid-July 2018.


    • Acquiring a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants.
    • Implementing creative and targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of active and passive applicants.
    • Developing an ongoing and diverse pipeline using networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants.
    • Screening applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques.
    • Using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage applicant flow, post positions, and reporting.
    • Entering and maintaining candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis.
    • Scheduling phone screens and on-site interviews with candidates.
    • Working with hiring manager to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback.
    • Attend college recruiting and career fair events


    • Degree, preferably with a specialization in Labor and Organizational Psychology, HR or any other specialty with demonstrable affinity with HR.
    • At least 2-3 years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience.
    • Fluency in English and French is required.
    • Experience working within an applicant-tracking system, iCIMS preferred.
    • Experience with job boards, job postings, and networking (LinkedIn).
    • Proven ability to be strategic in sourcing and recruiting activities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility.
    • Strong customer orientation.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
