Manage marketing operations as it relates to lead management processes, workflow optimization, and marketing performance reporting and measurement.
Support the Marketing team’s efforts by creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including planning, scheduling, implementation, follow up and lead tracking and measurement.
Administer and be the subject matter expert in marketing automation systems and Salesforce.com as it relates to marketing and sales processes.
- Help execute marketing campaigns on several platforms, including email, website, microsites, social media, video, newsletters and blogs.
Plan, execute, and measure campaigns and conversions using marketing automation software.
Analyze campaign performance and effectiveness, and perform ROI analysis on activities, recommending changes to marketing mix to optimize return.
Identify trends and insights in digital marketing, and provide recommendations to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide insight and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, 4-5 years of experience.
Intermediate to Expert level experience with marketing and sales automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua preferred).
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels.
Experience working in a B2B marketing function which supports sales.
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and web forms; experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of HTML and WordPress, and website analytic tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Financial services and corporate governance background preferred.
Ability to adapt to and work successfully in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize.
A team player with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the company.
