Using ICS’ proprietary data and tools, the role will work with ICS Advisors and Account Executives to help companies understand how to evaluate and mitigate shareholder’s perceptions of governance risk. The role acts as a primary point of contact for ISS Corporate Solutions Australasia clients and as a partner to the ICS Advisors and Account Executives to bring operation, industry, and product expertise to the client. 


  • Own and manage client inquiry and issue resolution process, utilizing and other internal tools
  • Support sales team members to identify prospective client needs and demonstrate the ISS Corporate Solutions value proposition
  • Provide prompt responses and solutions to clients on corporate governance inquiries and needs
  • Take active ownership of operation support for clients, including account maintenance
  • Produce customized data reports and analyses to meet the needs from corporate clients
  • Assist with data collection for development of new financial models
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on data and testing of financial models​
  • Support other special projects and initiatives for the business, as needed and assigned
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments; summarize industry trends and developments , including new ICS products and services


  • Bachelor's degree required, with Business or Finance focus preferred
  • 0 to 2 years work experience
  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft access and other database systems, with the ability to write queries, and manipulate large sets of data; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
  • Interest in a client service or operations position, ideally in financial services or corporate governance industries
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to utilize Salesforce platform would be an asset Strong interest in finance, with understanding of financial markets and market players
