As an Analyst, you will support data quality assurance and verification effort of Data Analytics team. You will implement data verification and quality analysis frameworks. You will closely collaborate with Data Engineers, Application Developers and product teams to ensure accuracy, completeness and reliability of data in our reference and master data hubs.



  • Understand the reference and master data model/architecture, underlying data, technology, sourcing process and broad range of applications that consume data
  • Interface with various stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Validate data matching process, data pre-processing logics and derivations involving a large multi-dimensional dataset
  • Assess and monitor data quality by employing various data mining, model building and analytical techniques, perform root-cause analysis and make suggestions to improve data quality
  • Develop validation and quality assessment scripts/tests in SQL as well as in analytical tools such as R/Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in data quality analysis and reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Commitment to data quality and operational excellence


  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics
  • 1-2 years of experience in domains such as data warehousing, data research and process engineering, master data management, reference data management, or data analytics
  • Experience with analytical tools such as R/MATLAB/Python (Pandas, NumPy) and MS SQL/Oracle
  • Experience of working with company/securities/persons/capital markets data will be a great advantage
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to transform data into actionable insights, identify patterns, trends, relationships and clusters in the data
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with global business and technical teams
  • Self-starter and quick-learner
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment independently with little supervision
